LAS VEGAS, December 8, 2016 – Remington Nevada, a premiere commercial land development company in the Southwest, has announced new tenants for the second phase of the Mountains Edge Marketplace shopping center located next to the main entrance of the Mountains Edge master planned community, one of the top selling master planned communities in the U.S. New long-term tenants include:
The Bar – The sixth location for this locally owned restaurant and bar will boast 5,500 square feet of dining and gaming similar to sister locations. Burger King – The 20-year ground lease will boast 3,650 square feet of restaurant and kitchen space. Founded in 1954, Burgers King is the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world. T-Mobile – The 1,602 square feet T-Mobile US store has signed a 10-year lease at Mountains Edge Marketplace. T-Mobile is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services capable of reaching over 308 million Americans where they live, work, and play. Based in Bellevue, Washington, T-Mobile provides services through its subsidiaries and operates its flagship brands, T-Mobile and MetroPCS. http://www.t-mobile.com

The Bar, Burger King and T-Mobile join the 55,000 square foot Albertsons grocery store, one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States, as new tenants to be a part of Mountains Edge Marketplace. Albertson’s is scheduled to open the first quarter of 2017.

DelZotto, an entrepreneur who has been in the real estate and land development industries for more than 30 years, both in Canada and the United States.
