REMINGTON NEVADA BREAKS GROUND ON NEW 30-ACRE RETAIL CENTER ANCHORED BY SMITH’S MARKETPLACE
New retail development planned for high-growth southwest Las Vegas area
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (May 10, 2019) – Remington Nevada, a premier commercial land development company in the Southwest, announced today that they have broken ground on Durango Post Pavilion, a new 31,000 square-foot development located in southwest Las Vegas on the corner of Durango and Post. The real estate developer has begun phase one of construction and expects to complete the development by summer 2020. The strategically placed retail center is anchored by Green Valley Grocery and Shell fuel station, both of which are already open for business.

Durango Post Pavilion is just ¼ mile north of IKEA near the 215 Beltway. Pre-leasing for the property has begun, and the retail development is expected to bring over a dozen new tenants to the community. With Black Rock Coffee Bar, Domino’s Pizza, Crumbl Cookies and several other businesses already confirmed, Remington Nevada is excited to welcome new tenants. There is one remaining 4,000-square-foot pad available that includes a drive-through. Durango Post Pavilion is being constructed by DC Building Group and Stan Wasserkrug and Tom Fehrman of Remington Nevada will handle the lease up and sale of the project.
