Senior Vice President of Construction and Development
Kerry Cartmill joined Remington Nevada in July 2017 as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development. A seasoned and well-regarded professional in the industry, Kerry manages all activities and personnel in the development and construction of Remington Nevada’s expanding portfolio. Kerry is also spearheading the company’s expansion into Arizona.
Throughout his 30-year career, Kerry has served in every fundamental role of a construction team, from estimator and preconstruction manager, to superintendent and project executive, and CEO. This experience allows him to oversee all aspects of construction, from development to completion.
Prior to joining Remington Nevada, Kerry was Vice President at TWC Construction, a contracting firm specializing in commercial and industrial construction. Before returning to the Las Vegas construction industry in 2014, Kerry spent four years in Centennial, Colorado as the Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Principia Construction. There, he led numerous construction projects for the Salvation Army and managed several design-build projects from the preliminary stages through completion.
Outside of Remington Nevada, Kerry enjoys spending time with his fiancé and two daughters, volunteering in the community, golfing, traveling and fly-fishing.
