Chief Operating Officer

A recognized leader in the hospitality world, Rick Stevens joins Remington Nevada as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all the day-to-day general management of the company. Specifically, Rick will oversee all financial, capital formation, financing, reporting, deal structure and organizational development for the company. Rick has worked in the general business and hospitality industries for more than 35 years and brings his knowledge and expertise to the land development realm of Remington Nevada.

Prior to joining Remington Nevada, Rick was the President and Chief Operating Office for the Navegante Group, a diversified owner, operator, developer, consultant and recruiting firm specializing in the hospitality industry with an emphasis in gaming for the past 11 years. During his time with Navegante, he worked with various clients on special projects such as; Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino where Rick was responsible for all business operations of 3,000 rooms and 3.5 million square foot hotel and casino; Hooter’s Hotel & Casino, where he was the gaming operator and; Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Lake Tahoe where he helped transition the property to new ownership.

Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1982 before pursuing his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1990.

Outside of making sure that Remington Nevada is a well-oiled machine, Rick enjoys various outdoor activities with his two daughters, including hiking and skiing.
