Stan Wasserkrug


As the owner and operator of Intercapital Development, Stan Wasserkrug has developed over 2.5 million square feet of retail shopping centers and office buildings, along with nine gaming establishment and hotels (Gold Country Casino & Red Lion Casino). His developments include, several Walmart Supercenters, Vons, Kohls, Home Depot, Lowes and Food 4 Less anchored retail centers, and maintain a high profile design with locations in Nevada, Arizona, California and Texas.

His real estate expertise specializes in opportunities that require acquisition, planning, design and financial modeling of projects, while maintaining relationships with a vast majority of lenders and investment groups; all of which are key components to why Stan is a partner at Remington Nevada. His diverse experience has helped Remington Nevada expand into the retail marketplace, while having the ability to acquire the right real estate and land investments for developments such as Mountains Edge Marketplace and San Tan Pavilions.

Throughout Stan’s career, he has managed county and city regulations, entitlements and building codes for Clark County, along with the City of Las Vegas, for all of his shopping centers, He also has experience as a board member of several educational entities, such as Bishop Gorman High School and has chaired multiple charitable organizations throughout the years.

Outside of Remington Nevada, Stan enjoys spending time with family, golfing and deep-sea fishing.
