Remington Nevada, a premier commercial land development company in the Southwest, continues its strategic partnership with Terrible Herbst Inc., one of the largest Chevron franchisees in the U.S., to build its third convenience store at Via Inspirada and Volunteer in Inspirada, a master-planned community in Henderson, Nevada.

The local developer is expected to break ground in May as a part of a joint venture with Terrible Herbst Inc.

Remington has built two other convenience stores in collaboration with Terrible Herbst – the first located at Oso Blanca Road and Durango Drive, and the second store at Desert Inn Road and Rainbow Boulevard. The partners plan to build another 12 convenience stores in communities that are newer or void of similar services. Each convenience store creates approximately 10 to 12 full-time jobs for the local economy.

“We are pleased to now build in Henderson’s best-selling master-planned community and further add to the value of this growing area,” said David DelZotto, founder and CEO of Remington Nevada. “This is an exciting time for our company as we continue to steadily expand. We have numerous other developments in the works including two additional large-scale retail centers.”
