Remington Nevada, a premier commercial land development company in the Southwest, has embarked on a joint venture with Terrible Herbst Inc., one of the largest Chevron franchisees in the United States, to build Terrible Herbst gas stations and convenience stores throughout Southern Nevada.

“We are excited to work with a great local organization that shares the same high standards and passion for the community that we do,” said David DelZotto, Founder and President of Remington Nevada. “The Herbst family has created such a strong and positive brand across the country, and that is largely due to consistently delivering high-quality services and products.”

The duo has already piloted the partnership by collaborating on the opening of two Terrible Herbst gas stations in the past six months – the first located at Oso Blanca and Durango, and most recently one at Desert Inn and Rainbow, which opened on June 30. A third is expected to open in Henderson’s Inspirada master-planned community early next spring.
