David DelZotto has been passionately involved in the real estate and land development industries for more than 30 years, both in Canada and the United States. He began his career in Toronto as part of the at Tridel Corporation where he managed the development and construction of single-family homes, commercial subdivisions, high rise residential construction, and residential lot development. In 1992, David moved to Las Vegas, NV and founded Remington Homes, an award-winning custom home builder.
David has forged outstanding relationships among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and tenants alike. These connections helped David expand into the commercial/retail marketplace to create Remington Nevada in 2012.
David graduated in 1988 from York University, Toronto, Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning and Business.
