Tom Fehrman has been in the land and retail development industries for more than 25 years. At Remington Nevada, Tom focuses primarily on retail development issues, such as land acquisitions and entitlements, including the management of sales, new business acquisitions, retail development, financing, and purchase agreements.
Tom began focusing on commercial real estate in 1994, and for over a decade worked on projects involving land investments, syndications, ground-up construction, and retail acquisition/disposition. He later teamed up with business partner, Frank “Terry” Ferraro, to form Fehrman Ferraro & Associates where the pair would go on to spearhead projects involving quality service retail, strip centers, restaurants, office buildings, and self-storage facilities, even later handling brokerage services as well.
Outside of Remington Nevada, Tom enthusiastically supports various children’s charities such as Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
